International Women’s Day couldn’t come at a better time as we look forward to the March blog titled “ABC…DE&I…Say What?” Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all. A world where difference is valued and celebrated by all. Together we can forge gender equality. Collectively for #IWD2025 we can all #AccelerateAction.#FORALLBYALL

International Women’s Day (IWD) has been around for over a hundred years, created in 1911, as have many of the issues still impacting women’s advancement. Let’s celebrate women’s achievement and raise awareness about discrimination. Let’s take action to forge gender parity. I ask each of you to take a moment to reflect on what you have done to drive parity and make a plan of what you can do to BE PART OF THE CHANGE!
