March is designated as Women’s History Month, and Sunday, March 8th is designated as International Women’s Day, but it is important to surround yourself with strong women every day of the year. We must build each other up, support each other, and love each other all the other days. Having strong men in our lives is also important but I find that it is often easier to communicate with women, share our feelings with women, and let’s face it – women just “get it”. Find those women in your life and be each other’s backbones, stand up for each other when one of you might struggle to stand on your own. Life can be lonely and isolating at times. You need a village. I am so very thankful for mine today, and every day.
